How long does the grading and authentication process take?
Our standard processing time is 7-10 business days from the moment your items arrive at our facility. We also offer expedited services if you need your items returned sooner.
What shipping methods do you use for high-value items?
We use fully insured, signature-required shipping via FedEx and UPS to ensure your premium apparel and accessories are handled with the highest level of security.
Can I track the status of my order in real-time?
Yes, once your order is received, you can log into your TAG Grading dashboard to see exactly which stage of the inspection, grading, or shipping process your item is currently in.
What is your return policy for graded merchandise?
Because our grading services are customized to your specific items, all service fees are non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with a physical product purchased from our shop, we accept returns within 30 days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred during the shipping process.
