At TAG Grading, we stand behind the quality of our premium fashion collections and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to ensure your shopping experience remains seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our grading team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
